Healing Burlesque Muse, Intnl Women's Day

In honour of International Women's Day let's join together online to celebrate being Women. Let's break away from the taboos of Femininity and the powers of our sensuality and begin to cultivate the confidence we deserve within our bodies, our qualities, our unique expression and our strengths.

You will be guided through practices of meditation, sensual touch, higher power poses and meeting your Burlesque Muse (an elevated and empowered alter ego).

This is a safe space to share, be held and grow and you are welcome to involve yourself during the immersion as much or as little as you like.

All ages, shapes and sizes are welcome and no previous dance or Burlesque experience is necessary.
